FAQ's
How long is a session?
All of our sessions last about fifty minutes. Your baby will be in the water for 15-20 minutes depending on their reaction, followed by a Baby Massage or Therapeutic Massage. With continuity, repeat visits and with experience, tolerance and strength will develop and your baby will be able to enjoy sessions in the water for up to 30 minutes.
All of our sessions are private sessions with one of our certified Pediatric Nurse, Physiotherapist or CAM Therapist
How can we make a booking?
Via the booking system on our website. Alternatively you can also book by phone, E-mail or WhatsApp.
Payments ?
You can pay by card directly on the web site as you do the booking, we can send you a payment link or when you visit by card or cash. For Bestie/Twin sessions and Birthday Photo Sessions we will require full payment upon confirmation of the appointment. For Gift Cards, we will send you a payment link or pay at the Spa.
Cancellations
For any paid appointment cancellation, we accept rescheduling of the session within one week from the date of the first canceled session. No refunds after the one week and only partial refund within the week. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Gift Cards
Once a gift card is issued, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards have an expiration date as indicated on the card, once a gift card has expired, it becomes void and cannot be used or reactivated.
The Gift Card can be refunded by the original purchaser within 14 days from the date of purchase, less a fee of AED50 provided only if the gift card has not been redeemed.
Do you provide sessions for disabled children too?
Yes, we do. Studies has shown that the Hydrotherapy will release tension and that Therapeutic Massage gives your little one strength and supports their overall health. We also concentrate on children with developmental and physical delays (e.g. cerebral palsy, epilepsy and low muscle tone conditions), constipation and digestion problems and for premature babies who struggle with weight gain.
Therapeutic Massages can be booked based on the availability of our Physiotherapist or CAM Therapist.
Should we bring our baby before or after a feed?
Your baby should not be hungry or tired, otherwise he/she will not get the best out of the session.
How much earlier should I feed my baby before he/she goes into the water?
Twenty minutes between a feeding and a floating session is recommended.
But it's no problem if your baby goes into the water immediately after feeding.
Vaccination/Illness
A baby that has just been vaccinated may not participate in a hydrotherapy session within the next 72 hours.
This also applies to a baby with flu, cough, fever, virus infection, etc.
When your baby is fully recovered he/she can participate in a session.
Can we bring visitors to watch?
Yes, your close friends and family are welcomed too, however, a maximum of two adults in the room.
Since you have your own Floating room the privacy of the other guests can be kept.
Can we take photographs/videos?
Absolutely. We understand that this special moment has to be captured :-)
Is it safe to attend if my baby has not had all of their inoculations yet?
Yes it is perfectly safe, as your baby will float in their own little bathtub. Our bathtubs are disinfected and sterilized after every session and filled up with fresh water.

How often should we attend La Bella Baby Spa?
This is up to you as a parent. Some parents wish to attend every week. Some prefer twice weekly sessions.
However, once a week is beneficial for your baby to attend and this is the general practice.
We have multi session discounted packages, please give us a call to ask about the details.
Where can we park?
There are plenty of parking spaces in front and behind the building.
Paid Valet parking is available right next to our building at Building 27, Block A
